Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) is establish as a subsidiary company of PT
Pertamina (Persero) in upstream area. We are managing and developing
portfolios in upstream oil & gas business through various schemes of
partnership, domestically as well as internationally. The schemes
include Joint Operating Body of Production Sharing Contract (JOB-PSC),
Pertamina Participating Interest (PPI) and also other partnership in
operating overseas blocks.
We
are now operating in 9 Fields of JOB-PSC, 16 blocks of Pertamina
Participating Interest (PPI), 9 overseas bloks (onshore & offshore)
in 7 countries, and 4 Participating Interest (PI) in CBM business. In

Job Description
To
perform, control and evaluate recruitment and selection process, in
order to ensure proper acquisition of competent and qualified manpower
in line with job requirement and specification and support of Company’s
business operations.
- Min. Bachelors Degree (S1) in Psychology/Law/any related disciplines
- Having min 7 years of working experiences in Human Resource with min 3 year experience handling recruitment activities, preferably in Oil and Gas Industry and or in Consultancy or Headhunting services.
- Having proper understanding in recruitment and selection management, RPTK management, job analysis, assessment center & psychological test, total remuneration program, and industrial relation.
- Good knowledge in competency based and behavioral event interviews
- Knowledgeable in contractual and manpower regulation (UU 13 year 2003)
- Good command in English (verbal and written)
- Computer literacy (Ms. Office)
