- Identify potential product in the market
- Identify competition in country
- Identify consumer needs
- Develop country growth blue print
- Develop annual marketing plan
- Develop proposal (desk) based on approved marketing plan
- Briefing 3rd parties to execute marketing activity based on approved desk
- Monitoring and improving marketing execution based on approved desk and situation in the market
- Evaluating marketing activities and develop learning
- Coordinating with country manager & distributo to monitor distribution activity
- Monitoring accuracy ROFO vs PO
- Managing marketing expenses utilization
